Valet Package

The Valet Package includes all of the items in the Basic Package AND Rent-a-Restroom will guarantee the smooth operation of your facilities by ensuring that paper products are fully stocked, basins are continuously wiped clean, and trash cans are emptied.

What does the interior look like?

Make sure to go to the “photo” tab on the website. The interior colors are white and grey to create a light and airy atmosphere. The roomy interior features solid surface countertop, stainless steel sinks with automatic shut-offs. The stalls are partitions to surround your guests with privacy and discretion. We also have purse and coat hooks.

Do you rent your executive trailer all year round?

No. We do not use the trailer in the snow. Our rental periods are April-November (weather permitting).

What information do you need from me in order to give me a quote?

We will need the date(s) of your event, drop off and pickup times. Address of the event, parking location of the unit along with any unusual site conditions. In addition, number of people invited to your event, as well as water and electrical connections that would be available at the site.

How big are the units?

24’ long (not including the 4’ tongue of the trailer) by 8’ wide (not including the front/back stairs). Height from ground level to top of a/c unit is 10’6”. For details please go to the “layout” tab to view the larger trailer.

16’ long (not including the 4’ tongue of the trailer) by 8’ wide (not including the front stairs). Height from ground level to top of a/c unit is 10’. For details please go the “layout” tab to view the smaller trailer.

Do we need to sign a contract?

Yes, we will provide you a contract to sign. The rental date is not locked in until the contract is fully signed and a deposit is made on the trailer. 30 business days prior to event the Total Rental Charge, cleaning/security deposit must be paid in full. If you cancel the reservation, the rental deposit is kept unless we can rent out the trailer for the time period that you requested.

Do you require a security deposit?

Yes. The cleaning/security deposit will be $500.00 (cash or check). We do not accept credit cards. Upon retrieval of unit, if there are no damages your security deposit will be refunded within ten (10) business days.

Why do you require for a cleaning deposit?

As we are sure you appreciate, we want to keep our trailers clean and in excellent sanitary condition. We would hope your guests treat the trailer the way they would want people to treat the restrooms in their own home. At times care is not taken and this creates out of the ordinary labor and supplies/repairs. If the trailer is not treated properly, the cleaning deposit covers the costs to get the trailer ready for the next event. Rest assured, if the trailer is clean and not damaged when we pick it up at your location, we will refund your cleaning deposit within 10 business days. We do not accept credit cards.

Why a fuel surcharge?

The escalating costs of diesel fuel have a direct impact on our business. A fuel surcharge allows us to operate without a permanent price increase to the trailer. We adjust the surcharge amount to the fluctuation of fuel costs in our area.

Why do we need to have a restroom attendant?

This is your option. We offer this service for your protection/convenience and ours. The restroom attendant will be on site for an agreed upon amount of time but a minimum of 3 hours during your event. During that time they will make sure that the restrooms are clean, paper products full, trash receptacles empty, and floors clean. Once they leave, the responsibility will be yours to keep clean and in good working order.

Do I need to carry any insurance in case of damage or vandalism?

Yes. We understand that you are not able to guard the portable restroom 24/7. But you still are responsible for damage/vandalism while the unit is at your property. You can protect yourself from having to pay additional costs due to accidental damage, vandalism, and/or theft of anything in the unit by signing our rental insurance agreement.

While your insurance company may pay for the damaged rental equipment, your deductible may exceed the cost of the damage. The small cost of a damage waiver is worth the peace of mind knowing that the equipment is covered in full, no matter who causes the damage. We can provide a damage waiver for you. Do I need an electric cord or a hose for the water?

We will provide a 100’ electric cord and a 100’ hose. If you require longer lengths, you will be required to supply an acceptable cord and hose, or we can rent you the additional items. Since our units have A/C – we require a DEDICATED circuit for the unit.

If we do not have electric hookup at our location, do you have a generator we can rent?

Yes, we have a generator you can rent at an additional cost. Be sure to let us know this when we are working on your contract price. For more information, please give us a call.

Do I need to provide a water hookup for your trailers?

If you have a city (public utility supplied) water hookup – we will use the water at your location. If not, we can supply a full tank at a reasonable fee. This water should NOT be used for drinking – but will be used for flushing toilets/urinals and at the vanity sinks for hand washing.

What happens if the tanks overflow?

You will need to let us know how many people will be at your event and the hours that the restroom will be required. We will then decide if the trailer needs to be emptied during your event. The tanks should be emptied when it is ¾ full. There is an indicator in the maintenance room that should be checked regularly.

Sometimes I have a hard time placing trailers at some of my events. How can you help?

If you inform us of a challenging location to put the trailer, we will come out ahead of time and do a site check. Our trailer is designed to handle all situations when setting up at events, but we’d like to be prepared for the site ahead of time.

Does your restroom have a/c and heat?

Yes, the restrooms are air conditioned and have heat.

Usually portable bathroom stalls are so confined. Are yours the same?

No. Our trailers have plenty of room in the stalls. Each stall is approximately 32”x42” in size. The smaller trailers have private spacious rooms.

Yes, give us a call and we can set up an appointment.

What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?

A full refund of the Deposit will be given if you cancel via written notice within sixty (60) days or more prior to the Event and if we can rent the trailer to another customer. No refund will be given if cancellation occurs less than sixty (60) days.
